Alpha Gymnastics Sunday Residency Workshops provide affordable access to skilled professionals at the top of their field. Alpha Gymnastics will host different professional movement specialists ranging from acrobats to martial artists and beyond. These sessions provide the opportunity to learn the arts of movement from otherwise unattainable specialists who have been honing their craft for years. Sessions will run on Sunday mornings for four-week periods.

16 October - 6 November: Alessandro Gavello
Alessandro is a movement specialist with an extensive background in various physical theatres, physical education, martial arts and Ido Portal Movement X. Alessandro will teach Ido Portal-inspired movement flows, handstands and partner acrobatics through his residency. There are minimal physical prerequisites for these sessions. If you can stand up, sit down, lie down and want to be there, you will be able to participate. Attending all sessions is preferred as each session will build on the last.
